Dancong tea is a premium oolong originating from the Fenghuang village, Guangdong province, and this 'Duck Shit Aroma Oolong' is a renowned aroma type within the Phoenix Dancong family. A quick note on the name: Rest assured, it has nothing to do with ducks! The name comes from a farmer trying to hide the secret of his uniquely fragrant tea trees.
We offer Ya Shi Xiang Oolong crafted with various roasting degrees. This one is crafted using high-temperature charcoal roasting.
The intense roasting process transforms the tea's natural compounds, leading to a profoundly enhanced sweetness and a richer, more concentrated liquor. This also significantly increases its durability for multiple infusions.
Beyond traditional brewing, its robust character makes it excellent for milk tea or refreshing iced lemon tea.
